Privacy Policy
We collect your display name, avatar, and platform ID when you sign in via Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center. Gameplay data — including scores, replay recordings, and game state checksums — is collected for leaderboard rankings and server-side score validation. Device attestation data is used to ensure fair play. If you opt in, we send push notifications when your replay is ready. Video replays are public and expire typically after 30 days. Analytics data is collected via Google Analytics only if you accept cookies.

By using BeamOut you agree not to cheat, tamper with replays, bypass anti-cheat systems, or use offensive display names. All scores are validated server-side by re-running your replay — invalid scores are removed. When you share a replay, you grant us a license to host and display the video publicly. We may ban accounts that violate these terms. The game displays ads via Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads. These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bucharest.
